🌟 Key Features of Suniso SL 100 (POE)
-
POE Synthetic Base: It is a fully synthetic Polyol Ester (POE) lubricant. This is a non-negotiable requirement for compressors using modern, chlorine-free HFC refrigerants.
-
Optimal Viscosity (ISO VG 100): This is a balanced, medium-heavy viscosity grade that is widely specified. It provides sufficient film strength for wear protection in a variety of compressors (scroll, semi-hermetic reciprocating, screw) while ensuring easy circulation throughout the system.
-
HFC and HFO Compatibility: Fully miscible and chemically stable with major HFC refrigerants (R-134a, R-404A, R-410A) and newer-generation HFO/HFC blends (like R-448A, R-449A).
-
Exceptional Miscibility: This is the most crucial operational feature. The oil’s high miscibility with the refrigerant ensures that the oil, dissolved in the refrigerant, can be effectively carried out of the evaporator and back to the compressor, thereby guaranteeing efficient oil return.
-
High Thermal Stability: Features a high Flash Point ( 254^C). This indicates outstanding resistance to thermal degradation, which prevents the formation of sludge, carbon deposits, and varnish on discharge valves and bearings at high operating temperatures.
-
Excellent Low-Temperature Fluidity: It boasts a very low Pour Point (as low as -36^C). This feature guarantees the oil remains liquid and does not congeal or wax up in the coldest sections of the system (like the evaporator), maintaining flow and preventing heat transfer reduction.
-
Low Moisture Specification: Manufactured to maintain a very low initial water content (< 100 ppm), which is essential to prevent internal acid formation.
