Solenoid-Valve-Like Tightness: The most significant feature is the soft-sealing seat design, which allows the valve to achieve extremely high internal tightness ( $\text{leakage rate} < 1 \text{ mL/min}$ ), effectively preventing liquid refrigerant from migrating to the evaporator or compressor when the system is shut down.
Application Focus (Uni-Flow): Unlike the DBF series which is bidirectional, the standard LPF series is designed for Uni-Flow (single direction) applications, making them primary choices for commercial refrigeration (cabinets, cold rooms, etc.).
Equal Percentage Flow Design: This flow characteristic provides better regulation, allowing the valve to open quickly under high load and deliver accurate control under low-load conditions.
High-Pressure Models (LPF…T/D Series): The series includes specialized models (e.g., LPF…T or LPF…D) designed for R-744 ( $\text{CO}_2$ ) transcritical or subcritical applications, featuring high Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) up to 90 bar (1305 psig).
Easy Installation: They feature a snap-on coil for easier installation and a built-in strainer at the inlet to protect the valve mechanism.
