OPTIRWAVE PLATE DESIGN: This SUPERIOR CORRUGATION design ensures completely EVEN MEDIA VELOCITY and distribution across the ENTIRE PLATE WIDTH. This MAXIMIZES HEAT TRANSFER, minimizes the number of plates required, and provides the HIGHEST HEAT EXCHANGER RATES with the LOWEST PRESSURE DROP.

POSLOC ASSEMBLY SYSTEM: Features SELF-ALIGNMENT LEAD-INS on the plates that automatically align the plate pack as the unit is closed. This provides a STABLE, PERFECTLY ALIGNED plate pack every time, significantly easing maintenance and eliminating “plate snaking.”

ECOLOC GASKET SYSTEM: This innovative ADHESIVE-FREE system allows gaskets to be quickly and easily replaced without tools or glue, drastically REDUCING MAINTENANCE TIME and DOWNTIME.
