1. Core Function and Construction

• Function: Throttles the liquid flow at the condenser outlet to maintain a constant and sufficient condensing pressure.

• Mechanism: When ambient temperatures drop, the valve limits the flow, causing liquid refrigerant to back up in the condenser. This reduces the heat transfer area and keeps the pressure from falling too low.

• Materials:

  • Stainless Steel Valve Body: Provides exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

  • Stainless Steel Bellows: High-quality sensing element for accurate pressure response.

• Regulation: Fully adjustable pressure settings to match specific system requirements.

• Durability: Rated for a high service life (typically up to 400,000 cycles).

• Refrigerant Compatibility: Applicable for all common HCFC and HFC refrigerants:

  • R22, R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A.

  • Low-GWP/Green Ready: Also compatible with R32

• Pressure Regulating Range: Typically adjustable from 0.5 MPa to 1.75 MPa (5 bar to 17.5bar / 72.5 psi to 254psi).

• Max. Operating Pressure (MOP): High-pressure design, up to 4.3 MPa (43 bar / 623psi).

• Temperature Range:

  • Medium (TS): -30C to +140C (supports hot gas bypass scenarios).

  • Ambient: -30C to +60C.
