Description
Sanhua CTF Series: Features and Details
1. Core Function and Construction
-
Function: Maintains a constant and sufficient condensing pressure by throttling the refrigerant flow at the condenser outlet.
-
Mechanism: The valve senses the inlet pressure. If the pressure drops (due to cold ambient air), the valve closes or restricts flow, causing liquid to back up in the condenser to reduce its cooling capacity and raise the pressure.
-
Materials:
-
High-Quality Stainless Steel: Used for the bellows and power element to ensure high sensitivity and long life.
-
Brass/Copper Body: Standard construction for durability and easy brazing.
-
-
Adjustability: Features a top-mounted adjustment screw to set the required opening pressure.
-
Damping Design: Built to handle the pulsations of high-pressure discharge gas without “chatter” or vibration.
2. Technical Specifications
-
Refrigerant Compatibility: Applicable for common HCFC, HFC, and HFO refrigerants:
