1. Core Function and Construction

• Function: Stores excessive liquid refrigerant and ensures that only pure liquid (without vapor bubbles) enters the liquid line heading toward the expansion device.

• Internal Design: Features a suction tube (dip tube) that draws liquid from the very bottom of the receiver, ensuring a consistent liquid seal.

• Finish: The exterior is finished with a high-durability powder coating that can survive over 500 hours of salt spray testing, making it highly resistant to corrosion in outdoor environments.

• Mounting: Vertical orientation.

  • A & B Series: Use a central threaded bolt at the bottom for fixing.

  • C Series: Use a fastening bracket at the base.

2. Technical Specifications

• Refrigerant Compatibility: Applicable for almost all common refrigerants, including HCFC, HFC, and HFO (R22, R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A, R32, etc.).

• Volume Range: Offers a wide variety of sizes, typically from 0.4 Liters up to 10 Liters.

• Max. Working Pressure (PS): Standard models are rated up to 3.5 MPa (35 bar), with some high-pressure versions reaching 4.5 MPa (45 bar).

• Temperature Range:

  • Medium (TS): -30C to +120C}.

  • Ambient: -35C to +55C.
