1. Superior Compressor Protection

• Advantage: Ensures a steady supply of oil back to the compressor crankcase.

• Benefit: Prevents compressor burnout caused by oil starvation. By keeping the oil where it belongs (in the compressor), it ensures moving parts remain lubricated and cooled, significantly extending the equipment’s life.

2. Enhanced Heat Transfer Efficiency

• Advantage: Removes over 90% of the oil before it enters the rest of the system.

• Benefit: Oil acts as an insulator if it coats the inside of the condenser or evaporator. By keeping the system “clean” of excessive oil, the YFQ-F improves the heat exchange efficiency, leading to lower energy bills and better cooling performance.

• Advantage: The internal baffles and large volume of the separator act as a discharge muffler.
