✨ Features
-
Highly Refined Naphthenic Base Oil: The traditional base oil used for compatibility with chlorine-containing refrigerants.
-
High Chemical Stability: Excellent resistance to reaction with refrigerants or metal components, which minimizes the formation of corrosive acids or sludge.
-
Low Wax Content/Low Floc Point: It is essentially wax-free, which is crucial. A low Floc Point (where wax separates) ensures no wax deposits form to plug expansion valves or capillary tubes in low-temperature evaporators.
-
Low Pour Point: Ensures the oil remains fluid and circulates back to the compressor even at low temperatures, preventing congealing in the system.
-
High Dielectric Strength: Provides excellent electrical insulating properties, which is vital for protecting the motor windings in hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors.
-
Compatibility: Designed for use with CFCs (R-12, R-502) and HCFCs (R-22, R-123). It is also suitable for use with certain Natural Refrigerants like Ammonia (R-717), Propane (R-290), and Isobutane (R-600a).
